At Caring Together Charity, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Fundraising Manager to help us achieve our ambitious goals and connect with supporters in exciting, meaningful ways.
Your mission
From heartfelt community appeals to innovative in-memory giving, your leadership will fuel campaigns that engage, retain, and grow our amazing supporter base. You’ll craft compelling messages, create memorable fundraising experiences, and work with our fantastic team to ensure every supporter knows just how much their generosity matters.

What you’ll do:
- Lead on fundraising strategies for individual giving, community appeals, legacies, and more.
- Get creative with campaigns, testing, learning, and innovating as you go.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with supporters while keeping our mission at the heart of everything.
- Manage platforms, craft irresistible fundraising materials, and inspire teams to shine.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and motivated individual who has:
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful fundraising plans, achieving income targets.
- Some expertise in individual giving, including creating and managing direct mail appeals.
- Experience with in-memory and legacy fundraising campaigns, driving growth in these areas.
- Strong understanding of community fundraising and experience managing and motivating volunteers.
- Experience analysing and reporting on fundraising results to inform strategy.
