Work is being done to strengthen and develop the services that adult social care provides and buys (or commissions) in councils across the east of England.
The ADASS Market Shaping and Commissioning Network is group of people from councils in the East of England including Cambridgeshire County Council, Peterborough City Council and Norfolk County Council. (ADASS stands for Association of Directors of Adult Social Services)
They have started to draft some priorities for care market development within the eastern region. They would now like to listen to your thoughts about what is important to you and views on the thinking they have done so far.
This is important to ensure the priorities they end up with reflect what really matters to people.
These are the ways different people can get involved:

Open Workshops
These are for people with lived experience of receiving care services, carers, people from the NHS the voluntary and community sector. Anyone at all who is interested would be very welcome.
