Wheatfields Primary School in St Ives showed their support for BBC Children in Need this year by dressing as their childhood heroes. Having recently joined the Young Carers in Schools programme; as Carers Trust Cambridgeshire’s primary school trailblazer, Wheatfields Primary School’s BBC Children in Need activities followed the theme of Young Carers.
In addition to Wheatfields Primary School activities to raise money for Children in Need, our offices at Carers Trust Cambridgeshire raised a grand total of £220.65 for BBC Children in Need by selling cakes and raffle tickets. A big thank you to Wheatfields Primary School and everyone that donated.
