At Caring Together we offer a range of activities for adult carers. As well as digital group meetings we are also now starting to have face-to-face meetings.

Face-to-face get together for carers and the people they care for in the Cambridge area. There will be festive food and live music.
Monday 10 January 2022 – 10am-11.30am – Parent carer hub
Are you caring for a teenager or young adult with complex needs? Come along to our parent carer hub to meet other families who are caring for a teenager or young adult with learning disabilities and/or health needs. The sessions are held at Arthur Rank Hospice, Cherry Hinton Road, Shelford Bottom, CB22 3FB. They include information and guidance on transition to adult services, and signposting to services and organisations which can support you and your family. Refreshments will be available.
