The successful short-term Time for Change project supporting young adult carers in Norfolk has now concluded. Funding for Time for Change project was until March 2017. However, it was extended to support young adult carers’ transition to new projects in Norfolk, if they chose too.
The projects aim was ‘to provide long term, positive social and emotional change to the lives of young adult carers’.
A Carers Trust Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Norfolk spokesperson said, “The project was very successful and supported over 40 young adult carers across the county. Particular thanks must go to Jenny & Jade who undertook some great work that’s has helped a significant number of young adult carers.”
