Cambridge University Hospitals (CUHs) invite patients and carers to join an outpatients listening session via Zoom on either Tuesday 8 November 12:00pm – 1.30pm or Tuesday 15 November 1.00pm – 2.30pm*.
During the session, they would like to learn about your experiences of the hospital’s outpatients department – what’s going well, what’s not going so well and what can be done for improvement.
They are keen to listen to your answers to these questions and find out what matters to you. Your feedback will help them create a better service for current and future patients.

Please note: The listening session will be video recorded via Zoom and will be accessible by outpatients members of staff and the communications team who is facilitating the session. If you have any objections with the meeting being recorded, please let us know beforehand.
*The session will run on the date that generates the most interest.
