Hope Again is a free six-week programme from the Friends of Histon and Impington Community focusing on living with loss and sharing experiences with others.
It has been developed by a group of trained local people and is supported by an experienced counsellor with CRUSE Bereavement Care.
The next programme runs on a Thursday from 15 September to 20 October, 2.00pm to 4.00pm at the The Methodist Church Hall in Histon.
You will focus on aspects of the journey of loss with people that are dealing with similar concerns and feelings. This includes the bereavement journey; health issues; looking after yourself; socialising; and moving on.
The programme is open to all who are living with loss – at whatever stage on the journey you find yourself on and you don’t have to be a Histon or Impington resident to take part.
