Have you visited Addenbrooke’s Hospital urgent and emergency care services (including A&E and same day emergency care clinics) in the last 12 months?
If you have, Healthwatch Cambridgeshire, your local independent health and care champion, would like to hear about your experiences, the good and not so good.
Your feedback will help the hospital provide the best care through the design of future buildings and services.
If you are interested in taking part, then a trained volunteer Health Champion will ask you survey questions online or over the phone. It should take 45-60 minutes. There’s a £10 Love to Shop voucher as thank you for taking part.
The information you give the Health Champion is confidential and anonymised before it is shared. Personal information is never included in survey reports.
