Free NHS health checks are available across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough for people aged between 40 and 74.
The checks take between 20 to 30 minutes and are designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, Type 2 diabetes or dementia. The check also provides you with advice to help you consider ways to lower the risk of these health conditions.
