The CEO of Carers Trust Cambridgeshire, Dr Helen Brown, has scooped a prestigious national Third Sector Care Award in recognition of her outstanding headship over the last ten years and her significant contribution in the care sector.
Dr Brown was presented with her award by Dame Esther Rantzen at the 3rd Sector Care Awards in London yesterday (9 December). She said afterwards: “It is thrilling to win this award because it also brings recognition for unpaid family carers and professional care staff and all of my colleagues and directors at Carers Trust Cambridgeshire.
