Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, and Healthwatch Norfolk are asking if you would like to share your experience of your local Community Nursing Service?
Community nursing provides invaluable 24/7 care to people in their own homes, or close to where they live, in clinics and GP practices across every village, town and city in England. They also provide outreach services to those who may not have a secure home. Examples of Community Nursing services include:
- end of life care
- children with complex needs
- wound care
- catheter care
