If you are looking after a family member, friend or partner who would find it hard to cope without your help, Carers Trust want to understand your experiences of support.
They want to identify what support carers need from the Government to help them in their caring role, and to then work to influence the Government to push for these changes to happen.
The findings from their annual survey provide invaluable evidence of the pressures and challenges unpaid carers are experiencing and the support they need to deal with these challenges.
It is open to unpaid adult carers aged 18 and over to complete and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 11th June.
