COVID-19 Spring booster vaccinations are now available for those most at risk of serious illness from the disease. You or the person you care for may be eligible.
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care System are encouraging the following people to come forward for their booster:
- adults aged 75 years and over
- residents in a care home for older adults
- individuals aged 5 years and over who are immunosuppressed
The eligibility for a Spring booster is more focussed than previous years, to target those people who would benefit most from having an extra vaccination. You can book an appointment at select community pharmacies and GP surgeries across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough via the National Booking Service.
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care System’s Vaccinators on Tour team will also be on the road, hosting walk-in pop-up clinics at a variety of community locations, including the Grafton Centre in Cambridge for four days a week.
