Carers Relief Fund

Carers in contact with a Carers Trust Network Partner can apply for a grant of up to £400 to support the purchase of essential household equipment that will have a long term impact on the carer’s quality of life.

Please speak to your Carer Support Worker if you think you are eligible and would like to apply.  They will have to complete the form for you.

There are two rounds of funding with closing dates of 15 October and 3 December 2013.
