The Better Health Network has been formed to improve the support provided
to frail, elderly people and those with long term conditions, by co-ordinating
the services being delivered by charities and voluntary organisations.
Organisations involved in the pilot project are:
- Care Network
- British Red Cross
- Royal Voluntary Service
- Carers Trust Cambridgeshire
- Hunts Forum
- Healthwatch Cambridgeshire
