We have been lucky enough to receive funding to look at NHS England’s young carers top tips for health professionals. This is a one off session where you will have the opportunity to be involved and feature (if you wish) in a short video about the top tips and how they can make a difference to young carers lives.
We also need your help in writing social media posts to get the ‘top tips’ message out there and writing letters/emails to healthcare professionals.
It’s going to be busy day! Lunch and snacks will be provided throughout the day to keep you going.

Norfolk Young Carers Forum (NYCF) gives you the opportunity to raise awareness and make a difference about the issues that affect you and your family. It will also give you an opportunity to meet other young carers and young adult carers in a similar situation to you, take part in days out and fun activities and when meeting face-to-face, free lunch and snacks.
