Bipolar UK is a national charity dedicated to supporting individuals with the much misunderstood and devastating condition of bipolar, and their families and carers.
They provide a range of support services for individuals affected by bipolar including information, support & advice, a national network of support groups (over 80 across England, Wales and Northern Ireland), eCommunity (a moderated 24/7 web-based peer support forum), and employment service. Services can be accessed from anywhere in the UK.

Group meetings are friendly, confidential and informal. They are open to all individuals affected by bipolar, including those with a diagnosis, those pre- diagnosis, their family members, friends and carers. No need to book – just turn up!
