Because our staff say they love our work
People are an organisation’s best asset, they are its heartbeat and terrific advocates for the services it provides.
This is something we feel strongly at Caring Together – and we were delighted to learn recently that these thoughts were reciprocated by our staff. At a recent staff induction, people were asked why they chose to work for us. This is what they said:

It is wonderful to know that our staff share our passions to support family carers.
We want others to know this, we don’t want to be a best kept secret and are seeking to recruit high-calibre Care Professionals to join our dedicated team.
