Carers Trust Cambridgeshire is calling for the support of the local community to help win funding as part of the Aviva Community Fund 2016.
The young carers team are relying on votes to increase their chances of winning funding of up to £25,000 which they hope will allow young carers to have a break from their caring role and take part in a number of trips and activities in 2017, entitled ‘Young Carers on Tour 2017 – Time for Me’. Only projects with the most votes will become finalists, so additional support is vital.

It is simply to register; you will need to verify your email address and then you are able to cast 10 votes for the project.
