Are you an experienced Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding great people for their ideal role? Are you enthusiastic about helping vulnerable people and could you get others excited about this too?
Caring Together Charity, the charity supporting unpaid carers, is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to promote our work and attract new Care Professionals across Cambrigeshire and Norfolk. This role is pivotal to our success in building our care services and the Recruitment Advisor will be able to have real input into our employer brand and value proposition.
About the role
Quite simply the Recruitment Advisor will be the first point of call for candidates interested in pursuing a career in care. You will be:
- Proactively promoting the roles available at Caring Together Charity and the charity as an employer.
- Enthusing people about our roles and the work of the charity.
- Ensuring people go through a safe recruitment process that gives them the opportunity to shine.
- Providing an engaging, person-centred new starter experience that welcomes them to Caring Together Charity and ensures they have the knowledge and tools to enable them to do their best work.
