Active with Parkinson’s Cambs (AWPC) providing specialist exercise classes for people with Parkinson’s Disease.
Their spouses / carers can also come along, should they wish to accompany them. The sessions give an opportunity to have a break while the person they support attends classes or they can benefit from mutual support and camaraderie from other spouses/carers.
Active with Parkinson’s Cambs (AWPC) provide a class for all stages of Parkinson’s Disease up to and including level 4. Currently the exercises class venues are both in Sawston. Please refer to the website at www.awpc.org.uk for all class details and venue addresses.
