Domiciliary Medicines Management Service – Huntingdonshire are part of the CPFT pharmacy team and their role is to help people in the community to manage their medicines safely, correctly, and independently. They can discuss how you take your medicines and offer advice and help as appropriate.
With your permission they work with your GP surgery and community pharmacy to help you manage your medicines better. They also have access to reminder aids which can be loaned to you to help you remember to take your medicines. This is a free service (Monday-Friday).
To make an appointment please call or email them and then they can make an appointment on a mutually agreed day and time to either discuss over the telephone, over a video call or by visiting you at home.
