Anne Robson Trust are a UK charity dedicated to providing emotional support to people that are dying, and those caring for them. They enable hospitals to set up volunteer end of life schemes to work alongside palliative care teams to sit with patients dying in hospital. Anne Robson Trust also work in the wider community, and their national helpline provides somewhere to turn to for anyone approaching the end of their life, and their family, friend, carers, or colleagues.
Anne Robson Trust Helpline
The Anne Robson Trust Our Helpline is staffed by a specially trained team that provide listening and compassion to people who are dying or facing the loss of someone they care about and the feelings of isolation that can bring. The team are available to listen and provide support whether you’re:
- The person who is dying, or a family member, friend, colleague, or carer
- In the last months, weeks, or days of life
- Ffacing the end of life at home or in a hospital, care home or hospice.
