On Monday 6 June 2022 the Young Carers Alliance held a forum looking at some of the issues affecting young carers at different transition points.
Almost 100 practitioners, academics and others gathered to hear about and discuss important issues around young carer transitions – including from primary to secondary school, to university and into working life – and support at different stages of their lives. The event took place at the start of Carers Week 2022.
