The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Adopting Innovation Hub is looking for people to join a new Citizen Participation Group.
The Citizen Participation Group is being established to embed the public voice in the work of the hub. As a member of the Citizen Participation Group, your role will be to help to guide the design, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of innovations that are implemented through the hub.
The focus of the hub is to address health inequalities – unfair and avoidable differences in health across the population, and between different groups within society. Therefore, they are particularly keen to hear from people from a diversity of backgrounds, including age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity and income.
You will need to be able to commit to around three hours a month which you will be paid £10 per hour for meetings plus travel, and £20 per hour for additional work.

About the Hub
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust (CPFT) has been chosen by independent charity the Health Foundation to host one of four UK hubs, with joint leadership from Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH) and the Eastern Academic Health Science Network (AHSN). Each hub has been awarded up to £475,000 by the Adopting Innovation programme to help improve health and care services over two and a half years.
