Peterborough United Foundation, who are recent recipients of our Carer Friendly Tick – Community award, are hosting free online sessions for people over the age of 55+. These are specifically to help prevent and reduce the number of people experiencing loneliness and isolation during these tough times of lockdown restrictions.
The aim is to help those facing these difficulties to meet and speak to new people. The sessions will include a wide range of activities and guest speakers as well as being able to catch up and meet other participants. Sessions may also involve quizzes, bingo etc, and a chance to have a chat while having your favourite a brew.
The first session is on Tuesday 26 January 10.30am – 11.30am online.
