A new service for carers to help and support them in making positive lifestyle changes to benefit their health is on the way.
If you are a carer, Everyone Health, who will be delivering this service, want you to help them shape the service they deliver. The type of the things they would like to hear your views on are:
- what time commitment would carers want to give?
- what barriers might there be to you as a carer participating in this service?
You can help the Family Carer Health Trainer service, working closely in partnership with Caring Together, deliver what you need as a carer. If you want to have an informal chat so we have a successful, appealing and easy to engage service for carers we would love to hear from you. We would like to invite you to attend a Zoom session on Wednesday 18th November from 11am-12pm on Zoom.
